Your responsibilities
- Follow applicable laws, community standards and venue rules.
- Obtain permission before publishing a Qi Field or placing an NFC tag.
- Explore safely: stay aware of traffic and surroundings, respect private property and never use the app while driving.
- Do not disrupt the service, abuse other users or undermine fair play.
Availability and third-party services
Some functions depend on your device, connectivity, maps, authentication, app stores and other third-party services. Features may vary by region and device.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses caused by force majeure, third-party outages or your device environment.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations of these terms or risks to users and the service.
